PiperMouse Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using PiperMouse (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By purchasing this software, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Definition and Agreement

The Service is a software utility designed to optimize mouse operations on Windows OS. The Service is provided through the Microsoft Store. By purchasing and installing the Service, the User agrees to be bound by all the provisions of these Terms.

The Service is available to individuals or entities who own a PC running Windows 10 / 11 and agree to both the Microsoft Store Terms of Use and these Terms.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the developer (Yoichiro Tanaka). The license to use the Service under these Terms does not imply a license to use any intellectual property rights of the developer.
